HTC recently introduced the U23 Pro, which is a mid-range smartphone belonging to the U series. This is the first HTC smartphone released in 2023 and it comes with many hardware features such as Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 chipset, 120Hz OLED display, and a camera. With a resolution of 108 megapixels.
Looking at the appearance of HTC U23 Pro, many people may think of Nokia branded smartphones. The back of the device appears to be finished in frosted glass, with a camera group consisting of 4 lenses located in the left corner. In the center of the back is the familiar HTC logo.

In terms of camera parameters, the HTC U23 Pro sports a 108MP ultra-wide camera produced by Samsung, accompanied by an 8MP ultra-wide camera, a 5MP macro camera, and a 2MP depth camera.
Up front, the HTC U23 has a 6.7-inch display, uses an FHD+ OLED panel with a 120Hz refresh rate and is protected by high-quality Gorilla Glass Victus, the type primarily used in high-end smartphones. This “mall” design features a 32MP selfie camera, but there is no fingerprint sensor below, rather a side sensor built into the power button.
In terms of performance, as mentioned, the HTC U23 Pro is equipped with the Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 chip, which is not too old but not too new and is succeeded by the more powerful Snapdragon 7+ Gen 2 chip. The device has a 4,600mAh battery, and only supports 30W fast charging.

As a product designed for the VIVERSE platform, a platform built on the metaverse and heavily applied VR/AR technologies, HTC U23 Pro comes pre-installed with VIVERSE platform apps. In addition to being 100% compatible with HTC’s VIVE XR Elite mixed reality. The device, of course this device will be sold separately, not included in the purchase. HTC U23 Pro has 5G support, IP67 water resistance, and a built-in 3.5mm headphone jack.
