Masuda Masafumi, General Manager of Wireless Access Network Development Department at NTT DoCoMo, said: “ NTT DoCoMo started cooperation with Samsung Electronics from the early days of 5G and realizes 5G visions such as Open RAN together.” We will continue to consolidate our global leadership by responding flexibly and quickly to customer needs through continuous innovation of the network.
“The key to the mobile communications equipment market is to establish a long-term trusting relationship between operators and suppliers and jointly invest in next-generation technologies,” said Satoshi Iwao, Managing Director of Samsung Electronics Network Business in Japan. We will work together to develop NTT DoCoMo’s 5G network by providing excellent 5G products based on technological prowess.”
