Peanuts holiday specials are exclusive to Apple TV + this year

Apple’s comprehensive deal with WildBrain makes Apple TV+ the exclusive streaming destination for all things Snoopy and Peanuts, including archive classics, specials, and all-new series.

For the past two years, Apple has allowed PBS to broadcast Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas specials Peanut Shows. However, it is exclusive to Apple this year. Apple will stream it free to everyone – no subscription required – for a limited time (dates below). The service also offers new holiday specials and original movies for the holiday season…

If you have a TV+ subscription, you can enjoy a rich stream of Peanuts content year-round on Apple TV+, including Snoopy Show, Snoopy in Space, and new animated specials including New Year, Mother’s Day, and Earth Day. Apple TV+ is also home to many classic Peanuts shows, such as It’s the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown, A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving, and A Charlie Brown Christmas.

For a limited time, Apple is making these specials available to everyone — no TV+ subscription required — instead of public broadcasting. These free windows give everyone the opportunity to listen through the Apple TV app on their device, without the obligation to subscribe to Apple TV+. It’s Great Pumpkin that will be streamed for free from October 28 through October 31.

Charlie Brown’s Thanksgiving will be streamed for free from November 23 to November 27, followed by Charlie Brown’s Birthday from December 22 through December 25.
