Developers and AI enthusiasts may be interested in a new suite of tools and services that Innodisk unveiled this week in the form of FPGA machine vision platform. Powered by Xilinx Kria K26 SOM from AMD Created to provide a call development platform for machine vision applications.
The system features 1GbE LAN, 4 USB 3.1 Gen1 ports, 2 M.2 slots, and a series of other expansion and connectivity options. With platform operating temperature support from 0° to 70°C, and optional industrial temperature support from -40° to +85°C, the EXMU-X261 is rugged enough for the harshest industrial environments, Innodisk says.
Additionally, the EXMU-X261 features InnoAgent’s InnoAgent Remote Management Module support, allowing the platform to be managed remotely from anywhere, even during a system downtime or network failure within range. This is important for any automated system, as it allows it to be completely unmanned, which reduces manpower and maintenance costs.”
