Juno Tablet is a $429 Linux tablet

If you are in the market to buy Linux Tablet PC You may be interested in the new part of hardware created by Juno for computer. In the form of the aptly named Juno Tablet, now available for purchase at $429.

Equipped with a 10.1-inch screen and offering users a resolution of 1920 x 1200 pixels, the tablet features an IPS LCD touch screen and is available with three different storage options, offering 256GB, 512GB or 1TB of internal storage.

The Linux tablet is also equipped with a host of useful connections in the form of a single USB 3.1 Type-C (with charging support and video output), 1 x USB 3.0 Type-A, mini HDMI, microSD card reader and a handy 3.5mm headphone jack.

Operating system options include the Debian-based Mobian GNU/Linux distribution and two versions of Manjaro: one with Plasma Mobile user interface and one with Phosh. Juno notes that you can also install Windows on the tablet, but that is not included by default. “

“For the beta case of the tablet, Juno says the 1W stereo speakers and 2MP front camera are fully supported, but the 5MP rear camera and built-in mic don’t work with Mobian or Manjaro yet, suspension and resume are only partially working, and Mobian generally considers ‘unstable’ while Manjaro is ‘extremely unstable’.
