Huawei launched a phone with a “rabbit ears” screen, a huge 7000 mAh battery, Snapdragon 680, at a price of nearly VND 8 million.

A new member of the nova Y series has been introduced by Huawei named Huawei nova Y91. This device has the “rabbit ears” screen feature, which is one of the rare features seen on any smartphone launched in 2022 and 2023 (excluding the iPhone). Besides, this device also features in battery when it is equipped with a 7000mAh battery.

The Huawei nova Y91 features a matte glass back, a plastic frame, and a large main camera array consisting of two lenses: a 50MP wide-angle and a 2MP depth sensor.

Up front, the nova Y91 has a fairly large 6.95-inch screen, using an FHD+ resolution IPS LCD panel with a 90Hz refresh rate. The “rabbit ears” position would be the place to place the 8MP selfie camera, not the 3D face unlock sensor like the iPhone.

In terms of performance, the nova Y91 is equipped with the Snapdragon 680 chipset, which is a mid-range chip that does not support 4G, with decent performance. This is the chip that was used in OPPO Reno7 4G and Reno8 4G, the performance is not very impressive. The device has 8GB of RAM and 128GB/256GB storage with a 7000mAh battery that can provide up to several days of use, but only supports 22.5W fast charging.
