How to record 4K footage on your iPhone: Step by step

1Open the Settings app
To get started, open the Settings app on your iPhone’s home screen. He’s the one who looks like a mechanical gear.

2Click on “Camera”
Scroll down the list until you see the “Camera” option with its accompanying icon. Click on this.

3Click on record video
Now that you have opened the camera settings, tap on the Record Video option located near the top of the screen

4Select an option for 4K shooting
From the list of options, click on the option that says “4K”. The initial configuration associated with “fps” indicates frames per second, the higher this number the smoother your recording (although it will also take up more storage space).

5Open your camera app, and get shooting!
Now that your camera is set to shoot in 4K, simply open the Camera app, select Video from the options on the side, and tap on the red button to start shooting in 4K
