How to improve Apple Watch battery life

To change these settings, go to the Apple Watch app on your iPhone, then select Screen brightnessyou can then choose things like Wake up to raise the wrist, which will wake up the screen when you raise your wrist. You can also choose the duration of the wake-up time, either 15 seconds or 70 seconds when clicked. Choosing the 15-second option should help you increase battery life on your Apple Watch.

Turn off Background App Refresh on Apple Watch

Another way you might be able to increase battery life on your Apple Watch is to turn off background app refresh on the watch. To do this, open the Apple Watch app on your iPhone, then go to S.Settings > General > Background App RefreshYou can then turn off various apps that don’t need to be refreshed in the background.

If you have a lot of apps updating in the background, turning off most of these apps and only allowing important apps to update can increase your battery life.
