The Galaxy Z Flip 3 was a huge hit last year thanks to its affordable price and attractive design, and it looks like Samsung has doubled that this year with the Galaxy Z Flip 4, which we can now confirm will be available in more than 70 different colors.
The Galaxy Z Flip 4 is set to officially launch on August 10 alongside the Fold 4 series and Galaxy Watch 5 — reservations are now open for up to $200 in credit when purchasing a device.
Long before this official launch, though, Samsung accidentally published a complete list of every color combination for the Galaxy Z Flip 4, as well as those of other devices, confirming that the Flip 4 will be available in more than 70 unique color combinations. The list appeared on part of Samsung’s UK insurance website.
Looking at the list published by Samsung, we can see the “basic” color variants that the Galaxy Z Flip 4 will be available in:
- blue
- Pura Purple
- graphite
- rose gold
The listing also confirms that only two store options will be available – 128GB and 256GB.
The aforementioned colors also leaked in detail last night, as we previously reported.
But perhaps the most interesting thing here has to do with Samsung’s “custom-made” version of the Galaxy Z Flip 4, which brings the total number of colors from just four to more than 70.
Last year, Samsung introduced “Bespoke” for the Galaxy Z Flip 3 as a way for buyers to customize the look of their phones by applying different colors to the top and bottom parts of the device, as well as to the bezel. The rumor about the return of “Bespoke” was previously reported, but we can now confirm what colors Samsung will make available.
For the Galaxy Z Flip 4 “Bespoke” edition bezel, Samsung will offer black, silver and gold frames. It can then be combined with five different color options:
- Green color
- Navy
- red
- yellow
- white
These colors can be applied to the top or bottom of the device or both. There are 23 possible color combinations with each frame selection, bringing the total to 71 color combinations unique to the Galaxy Z Flip 4.
In addition to the Galaxy Z Flip 4 colors, Samsung has also listed the Galaxy Z Fold 4, Galaxy Watch 5, and Galaxy Watch 5 Pro on the same site. The site confirms that the Fold 4 will be available in beige, grey/green, and Phantom Black, with the foldable available in 256GB and 512GB variants. There is no mention of a rumored “Burgundy Red” model.
For the Galaxy Watch 5 and Watch 5 Pro, things are also mostly as expected, with the 40mm Watch 5 available in gold, graphite and silver, and the 44mm available in blue, graphite and silver, and both sizes with LTE options. Meanwhile, the Galaxy Watch 5 Pro will be available in just 45mm, black and titanium colors with optional LTE technology. The only new tidbit we noticed was the “Golf” version of the Galaxy Watch 5 in 40mm and 44mm sizes, both in graphite colour.
As mentioned, Samsung will officially announce the Galaxy Z Flip 4, Fold 4, and Galaxy Watch 5 series on August 10, and you can book a device now.
Thanks Bagman!
