Apple released iOS 16.1 public beta 3 for iPhone and also released a new public beta for iPad, iPadOS 16.1 beta 4 public beta.
The iOS 16.1 public beta comes with the same features as the recently released developer beta 3 of iOS 16.1, it brings new Live Activities to the lock screen on iPhone.
This feature will display live data like real-time sports scores of your favorite teams and also things like your Uber status and more. If you own one of the new iPhone 14 Pro or Pro Max phones, this feature will also be integrated into Dynamic Island on the iPhone.
There’s also an iCloud Share Photo Library in this version, as well as the ability to show the battery percentage on the battery meter for more iPhone models like the iPhone 11 and more.
You will also be able to completely remove the Apple Wallet app from your iPhone, as it was previously possible to remove it only from the Home screen.
